Fast & Free Delivery (on orders over £30)

We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 48 hours of receiving an order (goods are not despatched at weekends or on public holidays) and are normally send using Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service, or Hermes Tracked Service. Please note, normally shoes can take 5 - 7 working days to be delivered within the UK, and 10-14 days for deliveries outside the UK.

DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS CRISIS WE ARE EXTRA BUSY IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND WE ARE WORKING WITH REDUCED STAFF. ALSO CARRIERS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO DELIVER SO PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING HIS DIFFICULT TIME.  WE ASSURE YOU THAT ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND DESPATCHED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £30 placed online.  If you wish to use a faster service, we can offer Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service for £5.95 or Special Delivery for £15.00 which is a guaranteed Next day delivery – see below.

  • Europe - £9.95 per order
  • Rest of World - £15.95 per order
 

Special Delivery

We offer special next day delivery by 1pm for all orders received by midday Monday to Friday. Delivery cannot be guaranteed at weekends or Bank Holidays, and the delivery will be made on the next working day.  The cost for this priority service is £15.00 per order.

FREE UK Returns

  • FREE returns within 90 days within the UK
  • NO carriage charge on replacement items within the UK
 

We understand that it is not always easy to obtain the correct size and fitting by Mail Order, and so we offer a FREE Returns Service for customers within the UK, to enable you return the shoes within 90 days if they are not suitable using the Royal Mail Returns Service - simply follow the instructions included with your order.  There is no carriage charge on replacements within the UK, so you can order in confidence knowing that it will not cost you extra if you have not ordered the correct size.

If you do not require a replacement, you can request a full refund.  Please note we are not able to refund your initial postage and packaging costs.

We are not able to refund postage costs on items returned using another carrier.
